About GTech Elevations

GTech Elevations is my independent professional and educational platform focused on cybersecurity, technology, STEM education, and responsible technology use. It provides a space for me to develop educational resources, share professional insights, and explore ways to make complex technology concepts more accessible.

I created G-Tech Elevations because I believe technology is for everyone—not just experts or people who already have a foot in the door. It is for anyone who is curious, passionate, looking for a fresh start, or simply trying to figure out where they fit.

My own path into cybersecurity wasn’t a straight line. After 12 years in the U.S. Air Force, I had to learn how to translate my military experience, use the resources available to me, build a career plan, and develop the skills I needed to transition into cybersecurity.

That experience became part of the reason I created G-Tech Elevations.

Through G-Tech, I share resources, professional development guidance, technology education, and lessons I’ve learned throughout my own career. My goal is to make technology and cybersecurity feel more understandable and accessible—especially for veterans, students, career changers, and people who may not see themselves as “technical.”

It Starts Earlier Than a Career

My passion for technology education also extends to younger learners.

I created Techie Tori, a STEM-loving character inspired by my daughters and my own experiences, to introduce children to technology in a way that feels creative, approachable, and fun. Through coloring books, activities, workshops, and educational resources, I want young people to see STEM as a place where they can explore, create, and belong.

About My Professional Portfolio

G-Tech Elevations is also the home of my professional portfolio.

While G-Tech represents my independent educational and creative work, the portfolio is a separate reflection of my professional career, experience, and capabilities in cybersecurity.

Here I share appropriately sanitized examples of how I approach cybersecurity governance, risk and compliance, process improvement, security education, assessment readiness, and responsible AI.

The examples within my portfolio are intended to demonstrate my individual skills, methodology, and professional development. They do not represent proprietary information, official customer deliverables, or the views of any current or former employer.
