Joann knows what it’s like to face the unknown. After serving 12 years in the U.S. Air Force, she successfully transitioned into a thriving cybersecurity career by learning how to leverage her military benefits, build a career plan, and develop the right skills. Now she helps others do the same. Whether you're a veteran exploring civilian roles, a student mapping out your future, or a professional seeking a new path, Joann provides the tools, coaching, and support to guide your journey.

Through career coaching, professional development planning, and personalized resources, G-Tech Elevations equips people of all ages to pursue rewarding careers in technology.

And it doesn’t stop with adults—Joann is also the creator of Techie Tori, a fun and fearless character that introduces kids to the exciting world of STEM through coloring books, workshops, and hands-on activities.
